MOA & AOA

Dear All,

Can anyone please clarify me that, Why MOA of most of the Companies ,in objects incidental/ancillary to main objects, all the acts which are done by a Company are incorporated as a object of the Company, indeed these acts come under the implied powers of a Company ( except certain acts).

And if we need to follow the same procedure to pursue business stated in other objects or a business not at all stated in MOA, why we make the MOA so lengthy by incorporating almost all businesses of the universe.

Thanking you.
