My client is adding new business to the objective clause of MOA. For which a special resolution in already prepared in EGM and I have filled the form MGT 14 in this regard. As attachment I need to upload Changed MOA. Do I need subscribers sign as we get while incorporation?

No there is no need to sign the altered copy of MOA by subscribers. you just need to alter the MOA and get it signed by any of director of the company with company stamp ( not common seal) and use it as an attachment in MGT-14.

Thanks

the entire MOA and AOA  needs to be attached?

No if only the objects are altered then you need to attach MOA not AOA but if there is alteration in AOA too due to change in object then attach AOA too and also mention about the change in AOA in special resolution.

company whose shares has been transfered to new shareholders and now company objects is changed then the new shareholders can sign the altered moa as Subscriber
