Please tel if there is a bonus issue will it have any effect on Moa/Aoa of the Co.?

No it will not have if there is enough authorised capital to accomodate Bonus issue.
Also article should authorise the issue of Bonus shares otherwise you need to amend the articles

U have asked abt. 'after bonus issue effects' on MOA and AOA .... THERE WILL BE NO EFFECT ON BOTH
