You can't go beyond the rule framed by the Institute, If you have any problem with your employer then It is better for you to take transfer from him and complete yoyr articleship under some other employer.

Riya:

Understand,you are in a very crucial period of articleship,very vital for your next 40 years of career.Some times you have to compromise with the extra working hrs without minding the stiphend( but once in two months is horrible)

Don go down by the lower stiphend or extra working hrs... if you are getting nice exposure at your office,stick to it irrespective of all barriers.

But,even after if you are not mentally comfortable with your office, form 109 is the solution.

its kind of compulsion for CA students and all knows that we are being exploited, there is nothing much we can do bout it so its better to make urself use to these things as the proffesion we have chosen here most of us have the same story as yours.

kadwi dawa samajh kar pe lo ye 3.5years and beleive me it is gonna help u a lot.

its true  articleship is important for ca students,the only solution of this  all ca students is take transfer and relax,because ICAI have no provisions against ,our principal.

sorry sachin but i don't think that  taking transfer is a good choice as running from the circumstances is never a good option, what if u get ever worst principal there.

in my view best way is to remain there for whole period.

but afterall its my views :)

Yar if you are getting good practical knowledge / exposure, don't go for transfetr at this important stage as there is exploitation in every field in form or another. But I do hope when you will become CA U will not repeat the same thing with your articleship students. All the best!!!
