Mistake in xam form plz help wat to do???

First of all, u r not sure that actually u have made a mistake or not, so point in worrying.....:)

(Infuture keep zerox copies of such things before submitting to the institute)

Secondly, even if we assume that u have not encircled the Certificate No., then also nothing can be done now.....so no point in worrying in this case also......:))

So, In short morale of d story is "Dont worry, be happy"

Ok now serious,

even u have not encircled the certificate No., then agree that system will not process that form but friend utlimately some person will look at it no that y this form is not being processed by the system & he will mark necessary circles (since it is written there)

 Dont worry, this will not be an issue.............Just try to check ur roll no. as & when it appears on the website...

One of my friend told me that even in some cases where there are serious descripencies, Institue allows student to appear in the exams only thing is announcement of result gets delayed subject to the clarification by the students.

Yes.... no problem.........Incase any problem the Institute will send a letter with the Admit Card......

WRITE A FORMAL LETTER TO ICAI AS SOON AS POSSIBLE STATING THAT U DID A MISTAKE IN EXAM FORM FILLING AT SOME PARTICULAR PLACE IN THE FORM AND REQUEST ICAI TO KINDLY AVOID YOUR MISTAKE. THEY WILL THEN PROCESS YOUR FORM EVEN IF THERE IS ANY MISTAKE.

Personally I dont think u will be required to fill up form again.

I tell u dont go by hear say ultimately what matters is what Institute says, U simply take a no. from the web site & speak to the concerned person in the institute - Examination Cell, etc

Just follow what that person says.

FIND HEREWITH A LINK OF A DIARY THAT CONTAINS THE PHONE NUMBERS OF ALL REGIONAL BRANCHES AND VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF ICAI IN INDIA. HOPE IT WILL BE USEFUL TO YOU. IN MY OPINION WRITE A LETTER CONTAINING MATTERS STATED BY ME IN MY PREVIOUS MESSAGE AND SEND IT TO THE SAME ADDRESS WHERE YOU HAVE SENT YOUR EXAM FORM .

hey dont worry be happy, institute dhoka nahi degi, many students make some mistakes, u r not d one, nothing happens, its just formality, otherwise there will be less people to give exams, bcoz of mistakes only...relax chilled down, and always b confident...

What yaar.. Kya itna chilla rahi hai.. Look, as such, u r not sure that u've made mistake, so just take it as u've made (if at all).... And if u've made, then not to worry at all..

The nos. are provided to u... So, just dont worry, talk to the authorities...

Moreover, u've written the no. atleast with PEN... thats counted (its not just overlooked, ok).... So, dont worry much, thoda tension le sakti hai tu...

No problem. The institute will send the admit card with letter.
