Mistake in online filling of exam form

I am a ipcc student.I am going to write my second group exam this may. While filling the exam form online I committed the mistake of not giving the details of my first group along with the roll no in the 'Partial intermediate'column. please help me regarding this. is this a serious issue to solved or should I post it leaving that space blank
