in August 3b I can not claim the input of cess...
thus result my output cess rs 12 lakh shows as my liability...
I can not pay it...
because it is large amount....
May I correct or revised it...
by filling gstr 1 and 2....
or I have to pay 12 lakh....
pls suggest me....

First you have to pay
then rectify it in gstr 2 and claim refund

I don't know whether it will work or not, but you can try this. As of now, dont file your 3B. First, file your GSTR-2 return, claim your Cess Input, and use that Input to offset your liability in 3B
