Missing TDS in ITR

For the AY 2022-23, my employer deposited some of the TDS much later after the filing of the ITR, thus there has been additional tax outgo from my end and as per calculations certain tax refund is applicable, how can I claim the same?

I already tried filing rectification request with return data correction option, but apparently TDS modification is not allowed in the same.

Quick Summary
If your employer deposited TDS late for AY 2022-23, you might be eligible for a tax refund. Standard rectification requests don't allow TDS modifications. Filing an updated return is an option, but be aware that it may not result in a refund if your original ITR has already been verified.

Missing tds can be rectified

What’s the process? Like I mentioned, It’s not accepting the same through Offline Data correction method in Rectification requests.

File revised ITR.

Is it allowed for an older financial year? I'm not seeing any option to do that. I saw the option to file Updated Return u/s 39(8A) but even selecting that shows an upfront popup saying that the updated ITR should not result in additional refund if existing ITR has already been verified.
