I have 2 Form 16 as I switched the job in the last FY. One of the Form 16 employer has not deducted the HRA . Can I claim it while filing if so, How ?

Yes you can claim that by referring and computing under section 10(13A)
You might have not given your rent paid details and hence no HRA exemption has been given to you.
