One of my relatives is settled in Australia and he is having flat in kharghar which he wants to sell.
In this case, when buyer tries to make TDS(LTCG) payment but not able to make payment since the details of assesse i.e. NRI is not matching with the data of income tax department.
Details as per PAN- Kishor Shankar Mittal whereas details as per ITD- Kishor Shankar Kishor Mittal.
Further, as per his previous address, his PAN is with one of the officers of BKC and now he want to get Lower TDS certificate u/s.197. How to get that..?
