There is no difference in the minutes of listed or non listed companies. The basic difference is the items to be placed before the board in each meeting. In listed Companies there are certain items which are required to be placed before each meeting of the board and accordingly to be noted in the minutes. Therefore, the difference is only agenda items, nothing else.
