Minutes of the Board meeting signed by the chairman of current meeting or previous meeting.
F.Ex: 1.1.2014 was held the BM & next meeting is 5.4.14 was placed the minutes in BM.whether 1.1.14 Chairman or 5.4.14 Chairman have to sign the minutes....

Either of the two can sign the minutes.
Any of the two can sign, but more preference is given to the first one i.e.

my query is that the Board Minutes as per SS is to be signed in 30 days...so how we will know in advance that who will be the Chairman in next Board meeting..
