In case a company takes a decision for a merger .Can anyone help me out what would the minutes and within what time it should be made.

Dear Minute is not for particular matter, it is prepared for the meeting as a whole in which the decession is taken a point can be given by resolution that the company decided to merge with .........ltd or pvt ltd on consideration .........
