I'm sorry friends.. But i disagree with all of u...
U all or some of u too disagree with me, but as everyone has a right to say what he feels...
I know, the stipend we get is kinda negligent value against the work we do..,, And now, as such when it comes to comparison, we find that other countries are paying a well proper stipend..
But, why don't u look at some advantages of ICAP...????
1. As i had said this earlier...., the population of INDIA... And so are, the enumerous CA students.... Today, every ranker of from HSC comes out and opt for C.A..., not any other course, but CA...
2. Though Average income of a CA is declared as >600000 pa..., but many of them can't fetch even <400000.....
3. As no. of students have increased., ICAI had to impose provisions on every practicing CA to have minimum x no. of articles.... So, that is something frustrating on part of CAs...
4. And majorly, every practicing CA does not consider his articles as important as he considers his permanent staff to be.., And so, they are not ready to pay such temporory trainees more..
5. Moreover, i believe that, we are bothering "why we are not getting more or equal to other countries today".... rather we should think "we will get far better than other countries after our articleship"...
6. And at the end of the day, i would say, every country has its own economy and its own norms... The sector they want to concentrate and provide funds, they are doing that.... Our country has its onw norms and is feeding us in that way.. Why should we compare our institute with any other????
We'll find pros and cons everywhere....
