The minimum authorized capital of the private Company is 1 (one) Lakh as per new as well old companies act.

There Are Name/Authorised Capital Guidelines For Company With Name Including "INDIA"

If Whithin Name: Minimum Capital 500000

If At Starting of name: Minimum 5000000

But Your Case Is INDIAN

So It Depends If MCA Considers India As Included In Indian
