Hi,
My friend has a section 8 company and wish to start Micro Finance Business under same license.
While he filed INC-1 his application got rejected for using word "Credit" in the new name as it contradicts requirement of Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013.
However when I searched MCA website, the same ROC has granted license to at least 6-8 companies with name containing Credit.
The objective is same with the newly incorporated company.
Comments please.
