After the June 5th 2015 amendment, are pvt companies required to file MGT 14 for resolutions approving Director's Report and Annual financial statements?
Will it make a difference if the pvt co is a small company?

read clearly... June 5th 2015 exempted Pvt company from filling MGT14 in matters specified under 117(3)(g)...179(3)

Private Companies either small or big companies, are exempted from filing of MGT-14 respect to filing of Approval of accounts and Board report.
For public companies and nidhi companies want file MGT14 for approval of books of accounts
please clarify me
