After the June 5th 2015 amendment, are pvt companies required to file MGT 14 for resolutions approving Director's Report and Annual financial statements?
Will it make a difference if the pvt co is a small company?

Private Companies either small or big companies, are exempted from filing of MGT-14 respect to filing of Approval of accounts and Board report.
For public companies and nidhi companies want file MGT14 for approval of books of accounts
please clarify me
