Can mgt 7 certified by PCS in absence of cs. When company has already appointed cs bcoz paid up capital is more than rs 5 crore or it is mandatory to be certified by cs of the company?
please provide me your guidance.

MGT 7 to be signed by a director and CS of the company.. In absence of CS, it is signed by a PCS
so if company has appointed a CS, it should be signed by the such CS only
company has appointed CS but he is unable to sign now due to some reasons. then what is the solution for this.
