According to Section 203, Read with Rule 8 of (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules 2014,
Following Forms are required to be filed :
Form MR1 within 60 days of Appointment
Form DIR 12 within 30 days of appointment
Form MGT 14 within 30 days of appointment
