We have to file resolution of disclosure of interest by directors (MBP -1 ) in the form MGT--14.
Is it necessary that , we have to attach form MBP -1 with the resolution or only resolution can solve the purpose of section 117 and 179(3).
Kindly do the needful.

As per section 117(3) read with section 179 and rules, we need to file resolution of taking note of disclosure of interest by director and form MBP 1 not required to attach to form MBP 14.
