Sec. 93 read with Rule 13 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014 require filing of Form MGT 10 on 2% change in shareholding of Promoters and top 10 shareholders. Please clarify whether it is 2% of total paid-up share capital of the company or 2% of individual shareholding? Further, what will be the base date for arriving 2% shareholding change?
