Please note that maintenance of register of members in excel format is not permitted under the Act. If the company wants to go for electronic records, it must be secured system with a provision for digital signatures to authenticate entries.
Sir, But we can take the print out of this and get the physically signed from the director. I think this will be allowed. Please suggest
