Yes as long as the same is an "INPUT SERVICE" Most services on which ST is paid under rverse charge would be used for business. However oif used exclusively for non taxable services or trading or manufacture of exempoted goods then credit not availble.

Pls. provide sample board resolution required under section 297 before entering into contract for purchase & sale of goods.
