the last attempt for ca final (old syllabus) - Nov' 09
Nov 2009 is not last attempt for old syllabus. you can even appear after nov 2009 but with new syllabus. there may be some additional procedure. you can always check with ICAI. it will be better to visit ICAI personally to solve your doubts.

nov 2009 is last attempt for old course and thereafter only new course will be applicable.
but till nov 2009 old and new course will go simultaneously
