Please tell me the Procedure relating to merger of folio number of share certificate in case one shareholder of Pvt. company hold 30000 shares in folio number 08 and 20000 shares in folio number 14.

You may transfer shares in one folio to another folio by executing share transfer deed and payment of share transfer duly.
