We are in process of merger of two companies. Court also approve the scheme and now we are wating for further process of finalisation. Pramoters of the companies are want to add there other group of companies into this merger . Can we add new companies into this merger process.

you cant add.. until and unless the court approves it... when once u had a approval plan from court you cant change it until new permission
No, if you add new companies, it willl be a completely new scheme and you will have to repeat the whole process again.
