Yeah its true ... No professionalism at all .... Evry time dey do dis .... n dis time - its a 3 days delay ... simply terrific ....

In 2009, I attended a revision lecture on DT wherein the then president UPA announced that May 2009 results of PCC got delayed as the pass % actually was very low around 1 % and they had to increase to around 12% . So I think this time too, this might be the reason for delay.
