After approval of Form NO. I for XYZ pvt. ltd.. I Hav received Certificate of Incorporation & acknowledgement of stamp duty of AOA & MOA.Will i get corrected copy of MOA or is this sufficient for opening of bank account. Further do i hav to file Form 2 for allotment of shares and Form 23 for appointment of auditor.

Now you can get ur bank account opened, no need to file 2 & 23 u will give intimation to Auditor and they will file 23B and being allotment to subscribers no need to file Form-2.

Auditor can file form 23B or u can use code Z99999999 in Form 23 AC. Its not required now.

No need for filling the Form23B also, as First Auditors appointment doesn’t require the intimation to ROC
Look at the Section 224(1A) tobe read with the Section 224(1)
