Dear all,
I have a query relating to convening board meetings and general meetings. There are 2 directors in a Pvt Company. Company was incorporated in Aug 2008 and 1 of the director went out of India from September 2008 to August 2010. So how should be their board meetings and general meetings shown to have conducted during the above mentioned period?? Directors are the only members of the Company.
Also, the General circular 27/2011 and 28/2011 of MCA, board meetings and general meetings can be held through video conferencing. But, what in case meetings to be shown as conducted in years 2008, 2009 and 2010?
Please provide me with your valuable solutions.
