Under which section can we take deduction for premium paid on medical insurance of father in law?

Deduction for premium paid on medical insurance is as per sec 80D but for yourself and parents not for in-law
but if husband did a health insurance in his name and parents then he get Deduction as per 80D
and if his wife did health insurance in her and parents name then also she claimed deduction
but not vice-versa parents
