An individual A representing any other person B (like minor etc), who be actually partner in a partnership firm; and getting any benefit like salary etc. on his(B) behalf is partner in representative capacity.

But same individual A getting any benefit from the firm, say interest over any loan given, then the said person is receiving the benefit in his individual capacity.
