Hey plz somebody confirm me on this....////

M REALLY VERY CONFUSED..

WE ALL KNOW DAT SALARY FOR DIFFERENT PURPOSES IS CALCULATED DIFFERENTLY FOR CALCULATING EXEMPTION LIMIT,,,,

BUT I WANTED TO KNOW IN WHICH OF D FOLL CASES , SALARY FROM ALL EMPLOYERS WILL BE CONSIDERED??????

1. RFA

2. PROV. FUND

3.GRATUITY

4.LEAVE SALARY

5.ENTT. ALLOWANCE

6.RETRENCHMENT COMPENSN

7. VRS

Refer respective sections or articles me dekho.. kuch na kuch to jarur milegha.

You can get these from any refrence book. You should  make a chart for this.

Hi Can anyone let me know is Diwali Bonus paid by seperate chq during the month need to be added to gross salary for finding out the Professional tax liability of the employee in Maharashtra. There is a employee whose salary is Rs.4000/- but we paid bonus of Rs.2400/- during the month by a seperate chq. Do we need to add this bonus amt to his monthly salary and cut PT as per current months slab i.e. Rs.175/- Same thing applicable person whose monthly PT liability comes to Rs. 175 but if we add bonus amt paid then it comes to Rs.200/- during this month only. Please suggest.
