Meaning of pay scale : rs. 24900-50500/-

Sir I have applied for revenue officer through state government ssc exam recruitment. The recruitment is for revenue officer and amin on inter level (12th pass) basis. The salary which is mentioned in the advertisement is a pay scale of 21700- 50200 on monthly basis. There is no grade pay mentioned. DA for that particular state government employees is 132%. So wat would be the complete one month salary including just the basic pay and DA.
