meaning of opening & closing of issue
pls. anybody can tell me what is the meaning of opening & closing of issue as per companies act

The Companies Act, 1956 do not define the terms quoted by you i.e. Opening and Closing of Issue. But in common parlance this term means:- Opening of Issue- First Day for subscripttion of issue & Closing of isue- Last day of subscripttion of issue
