1)In bank guarantee see the following things :-
the validity of the guarantee
the terms of the guarantee if in line with the agreement for which the guarantee is executed
the amount of the guarantee - if adequate (in line with the agreement terms)
Other things like guarantee in whose favour it is executed, signed by a competent authority etc
2)Performance guarantee is basically guarantee given against a performance clause in a contract/agreement of your client. The employer if not satified with the performance of you client as per the agreement signed, then the employer can claim the money guaranteed from the bank(after complying with certain formalities).
The financial guaranteetee is basically when the bank guarantees a purchases done by its client from any of its suppliers. This type of guarantee is issued by the bank as a part of financing activity to client, as the payment is to be made after certain number of days and if the banks customer does not make a payment after the purchase is done within a stipulated time frame as stated in the agreement, the bank is bound to pay.
3) A counter guarantee is a guarantee given by the surety(third party) to the principle debtor providing him with continuing indemnity against the loss or damage that the surety may suffer on account of default on the part of the principle debtor.
