What is the meaning of the words 1. Claims on Direct Investor
2. Liabilities to Direct Investor

I think you are discussing about FCGPR Part B which has been discontinued.
Please find the revised Statement of Assets & liabilities issued by RBI for the same.

Is it mandatory to get DCF valuation certificate from Practicing CA only or Employed CA or CS can also certify so.
