my comapny is unlisted public comapny, md tenure expire on 29/09/2009, BOD re appoint on 27/09/2009 but EGM held on 06/03/2010. This proedure is right or wrong.
and further my comapny appoint a WTD by BOD on 01/01/2010 but EGM held on 03/03/2010. wthis procedure is right or rong, now what i can do for that step.
in case of appointment of MD/WTD under Schedule XIII, approval of shareholder is required in next GM held after his appointment. so these are the valid appointment.
Both appointment and reappointment are correct.
