Mca website ! is it really working?

For the past 7 days, i am experiencing difficulty in accessing the MCA Website. Before that during Feb 2013 also, for more than 15 days the MCA website was not accessible at all...

Are all facing this issue (or) i am alone??

Same problem is faced by all of us.

i think infosys is not able to handel this site.

Services of the MCA 21 portal are presently unavailable due to technical maintenance. Stakeholders are advised to visit portal on 9th March 2013. Inconvenience caused is regretted.

and MCA is Taking Consultancies from TCS Still, Though Managed by Infosys.
