MCA - Status

Dear All

I filed form-23 on 11.10.2010 for registration of special reolution which are passed in annual general meeting of the Company dated 20.09.2010.

Items for which special resolution passed are:

• Alteration of Articles.
  
• Appointment of MD
  
• Appointment of WTD
  
• Appointment to hold office or place of profit u/s 314(1B)
  
• Resolution u/s 81(1A)
  

The aforesaid form has been marked as PUCL, for the evidence of CG approval. Thereafter I uploaded Form 67 attaching challan for form 24B for CG approval.

Aforesaid form was under work in progress status since long and now its staus changed to Pending for processing of relevant eFor.

Please explain what does above status mean and what action I need to take?

Now its more than 70- days form is under process. Also status of form 24B for CG approval is held for abeyance. Is there any limit under regulation 17 or any other provisions / regulations under which some actions can be taken to expediate the matter.
