dear friend,

when we take any secured laon, the assets are given as secutiry. Giving of security is called charge. So. the same should be reported to ROC through online. the same you have posted here

it means this company has taken given nearly 10 cr of security to HP Financial Srvice, from where we can see how much loan company has taken to put 10 Cr of secuirity.

Another question is from where we can get information like how much cmpany has repay the loan and release of security.

Repayment details are not available. but you can access their Annual report ( BS, P&L, cash flows etc.) by paying Rs. 50 challan through online. You may most probably get the relavant information of the company.
