Mca - new dir - 3

Dear Sir / Madam,

We want register new LLP, the promoters do not have DIN, so now applying for DIN,  the new form DIR - 3 asking for name of the company already registered its CIN, how can we give CIN as our LLP not yet registered and promoters do not have any other company under the same managament. If any of you know the solution for this , please let me know.
