MCA - Filing Form DIN 3

Dear Ragavendhiran ji,

Please note that Form DIN-3 is required to be filed for appointment of any director, managing director, manager or secretary in the company; where the date of appointment is on or before 30th June’2007.

Now Form Din 3 is not required to be filed.

However, the Allotment Letter of DIN can be downloaded from the portal of MCA through the following link

	who shall sign the din -3 ?  if all the directors were appointed before 1-7-07 and even form 32 was filed that time only, but now they are filing din-3 for all the three directors out of whome one is signatory. If form 32 has been filed that time, MCA will identify the signatures otherwise not.

Your current position is form 32 has already been filed however DIN 3 are to be filed. You can file easily, system will not create any problem..
