may10-pcc,urgent response requested

i am a pcc student appearing in may10 exams..
i want to know which book should i follow for law.though i had roughly completed law last yr...uptill now i was following GK KAPOOR..but i found some points clashing...for ex- IN PAYMENT OF GRATUITY ACT,in gk kapoor no where it is mentioned about the appointment, power of inspectors(7A,7B) & section9(penalties),also as per gk kapoor there's a mention of removal of monetary ceiling of RS3500pm, again in gk kapoor compulsory insurance,power to exempt an establishment all are included in sec9....so kindly suggest a book which is really updated & is very fine conceptually...munish bhandari is a good one but its a summary like book..in study mat explaination is good but some where its very technical..
