MAy10 PCC exams

New perq rule has been inserted in place of FBT.  Notification regarding new rule has been issued by CBDT ON 18 Dec. 2009 although rule is effective restrospectively from April1, 2009. 

As per ICAI rule notifications issued 6 months prior to exams are applicable, hence officially it should not be asked in May 10, but still if they ask, you wont have any option except to answer or loose marks.

NO way. any amendements which are with in 6 months wont be applicable. and I have confirmed this from my teacher.
