May i elegible for may 2014 ipce attempt

sir,

i have opted direct entry under the the conversion scheme ...

i have registered for articleship on the date 31-7-13 and my articleship begines from this date. after completion of 9 months i am elegible for ipce.here mine artcl 'll get complete on 1-may-14.

i received the letter and that consist matter as follow

"he/she shall be elegible to appear  the IPCE after completion of 9 months of articled training and 8 months of study cource  concurrently as on 1st day of the month in which examination is to be held"

now tell me whether i be eligible for may 2014 attempt..

please help me..
