Hey Sneha,let us wait for the official announcement of ICAI regarding Companies act,which as I have been told will come after ongoing exams.
Only changes is company act 2013 in place of old act. Icai supplement material is already available at icai site bos knowledge portal. This new act effects audit, law and litle bit in FR cfs chapter.

Icai has already said throug announcement that sections and rules of new act notified by MCA till 30th September 2014 will be applicable for may15. Till that mca has already notified almost all new sections and rules.
I know that company law got changed but my question is any change in accounts and direct tax anf indirect taxx... sirr..
For DT and IDT change has already come.
