Marks to be scored on conversion from pcc to ipcc and setoff

Dear All,

Pls do suggest me regarding exemption on conversion from pcc to ipcc where group I is cleared and group II is remaining,

Account:50

Audit:      40

Law:        62

Total:     152

Now , how many minimum marks i have to get for groupII subject on conversion to ipcc and if the marks in groupI ipcc exceeds the minimum requirement would it be available as setoff for the GroupII In case marks scored in groupII  in ipcc is lower then the minimum requirement.Pls do answer my query as i m very much confused to get conversion from pcc to ipcc.
