Determine the Fixed component in the Semi - Variable cost of X Ltd.
Semi - Fixed costs on producing 5000 units Rs.24,000/- Semi variable expenses on producing an additional 1000 units Rs.1800/-.
( Ans: Rs.15000/-)
Per unit variable cost = 1800/1000
= 1.8 per unit
Fixed Expenses = 24000 - (5000*1.80)
= 15000
