Hi,
Can a dealer with Dealers Excise registartion give the bill as Manufactures Excise Bill.
For an instance my natrue of business is trading and if i customize one of the product that sell for a particular customer(very rarely this thing happens),
In this case
- Will i be able to pass the Modvat credit.
- Can i raise the Bill for 12.5% Excise Duty with the dealers excise registration.
