Manfacturing or banking sector!!! which is better

future growth as in learning andposition 10 years down the line

Both are Good, Its depend upon your interest and from which u can gain more knowldge as well as money

It depends on your interest (knowledge wise)

 I wanted to say in which field u want future growth,tht is more important. If u want to excel in services then go for banking,but if u want growth in Manufacturing,then look no further than automobile sector. Thats ur own personal decision. They both are diverse fields..

Assess both opportunities with your personal situation and requirements like - Money, Position, Location, Commuting Time, Feedback from people abt that specific company, Role offered etc. etc.

So, no else can take this decision for you....

Go to Banking they much professional than any other Corporates

Suggest to go for Banking as it is more organised than Manufacturing  as Suggested by Mr Mayur

If its banking, whether nationalised is better option or private banks??
